Course Outline
This course fulfills Senior-Level FAC‑P/PM competency training for FPM 331 and FPM 333. Learners engage in advanced application of systems engineering, risk governance, cost analysis, EVM, and oversight of large-scale federal programs, using the extensive Post Office Vehicle Program (POVP) case study.

- Four years of program or project management experience, including one year on Federal programs within the last ten years
- FAC-P/PM Certification Information:
- Federal (non-DoD) personnel in P/PM roles must be FAC-P/PM certified
- Private-sector attendees may attend but cannot be certified
- Certification requirements vary by agency
- To maintain FAC-P/PM: 80 CLPs required every two years (agency-dependent)
